In 2005, Jinyue (Tianjin) Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in Shangmatai Development Zone, Wuqing District, Tianjin. After 16 years of development, the company opened a Shandong factory in Chengwu County, Heze City in 2021. A modern production enterprise integrating furniture design, production and sales. The Tianjin factory covers an area of 42100 square meters and employs 260 people. It is about 40 kilometers east of Tianjin Port and has convenient transportation. Containers are shipped from Tianjin Xingang.
Shandong Heze factory covers an area of 73000 square meters and currently employs 150 people. Containers are shipped from Qingdao Port. The company's main products in addition to all kinds of steel and wood furniture such as folding beds, electric beds, old-age medical beds, electric sofas, medium-high iron beds, functional tables, shelves, pet cages also involve mold manufacturing, stamping accessories and injection molding products. Among them, rehabilitation appliances such as old-age beds have obtained domestic qualification certification and joined the Tianjin Rehabilitation Aids Community. Quality management system and environmental management system certification, belonging to the AEO customs certification enterprises, with qualified production conditions and capabilities. Our factory has production machinery and equipment, mold manufacturing and stamping parts workshop introduced Japan FANUC wire cut equipment, South Korea Changhan grinder, engraving machine and 3 coordinates inspection and other advanced equipment.
The blanking and punching processes in the furniture production workshop are completed by a full-automatic laser blanking machine, the welding process is completed by a manipulator welding machine, the phosphating and spraying processes are completed by powder electrostatic spraying equipment and equipped with a perfect sewage system, and the cushion assembly and erection process is completed by an automatic quilting machine, sewing machine and glue spraying machine. The plate processing process is completed by multiple milling machines, automatic edge banding machines and suction molding machines. At present, our products have been exported to Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States and other countries. The total monthly production capacity of the two factories can reach 300 containers. Before the containers are shipped, we will sprinkle water to test the tightness of the containers to ensure the stable state of the products during the sea.
